Straight answers about your prices, your customers and your data.
Are our prices sent to AI models?
No. Your price lists, rate cards and fee rules never go to AI models. Prices, totals and fees are worked out exactly from them, and AI never sets a price. AI does read your customers’ requests, including any prices printed on them.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. Your data never trains AI models, and the service that reads requests keeps nothing afterwards.
Can anything reach a customer without us?
No. Nothing reaches your customer or your ERP until someone on your team approves it. Quotes go out from your own email, phone or WhatsApp.
Is our data kept apart from other businesses?
Yes. Your data is walled off from every other business’s, enforced in the database. What QuoteKamili learns, like your customers’ part numbers, stays in your organization.
Every file is checked for malware and opened in isolation, and text inside a document is treated as content, never as instructions.
Where is our data stored?
In a European data center, encrypted in transit and at rest. Requests are read by AI models in EU data centers.
Who can see our data?
The people you invite, as owners, admins or members. Our staff see it only in a support session you allow, time-limited and logged.
Can we export or delete our data?
Yes. Export everything at any time. Delete your organization and its data is gone within 30 days. Files you bring in are deleted after 12 months.
