Does it work with my ERP?
Yes. Each approved order exports as an import file in the layout your ERP takes, services and fees included. Tell us which ERP you run when you book a demo.
Do my customers have to change how they order?
No. They keep sending emails, PDFs, scans, spreadsheets and photos. You forward or upload them as they arrive.
What if it gets a line wrong?
Anything it isn’t sure of is flagged with the reason, and every line shows where it came from on the request. Nothing goes out until you approve it. Correct a customer’s part number once, and it sticks.
Does it use our prices?
Yes. Prices, totals and fees are worked out exactly from your own price lists, rate cards and fee rules. AI never sets a price.
